About Stoffregen Insurance

The Stoffregen Agency was founded in 1969 by Ken Stoffregen. He also worked full-time for the Sheboygan County Highway Dept until 1973. Ken's wife Rita also obtained her insurance agents license and was always available to help clients while Ken was working his "day job". They had a small office in their home until 1973 when they purchased the building located at 612 Maine Avenue in Adell from Rita's parents.

612 Maine Avenue is a commercial building that served as their home and office. It also housed the Adell Post Office and 3 apartments upstairs. As the business grew, the Post Office moved into a new building across the street and Ken was able to expand his office.

Ken and Rita's daughter Bonnie obtained her insurance license in 1977 and worked for them on a part-time basis. In 2000 Ken and Rita retired and Bonnie became the full-time owner/agent.

The Stoffregen Agency Inc. continues to provide excellent quality service our clients have come to expect since 1969.
